Please take advantage of Early Bird pricing available through July 31, 2026.
The Early Bird reunion fee is $70 per person. After July 31, the fee will increase to $80 per person. Room rates at Fredericksburg Inn & Suites also increase after July 31, so we encourage you to make both your hotel reservation and reunion registration early. (See the Lodging & Travel page for hotel details and room rates.)
The registration fee covers our two signature events — Tuesday evening’s Welcome Reception (private indoor/outdoor space with hors d’oeuvres buffet) and Wednesday’s winery tour. The fee reflects only our direct costs and helps bring these shared moments together with care and intention. Our goal is to make the weekend relaxed, welcoming, and easy for everyone.

Karrie Mikle is serving as our Reunion Treasurer. Please submit your registration fee to Karrie using one of the following methods.
