EBV Reunion 2027 - Registration & Contact Information

We are looking forward to a wonderful reunion in Fredericksburg, February 23–26, 2027. To help us plan for events, welcome materials, and group activities, please complete the Contact Information Form and submit your registration fee using the instructions below. Your contact information will be used to prepare the printed reunion directory that will be included in the Welcome Packages at the hotel. For privacy, personal contact information will not be posted on this website.

Please take advantage of Early Bird pricing available through June 30, 2026.

The Early Bird reunion fee is $70 per person. After June 30, the fee will increase to $80 per person. Room rates at Fredericksburg Inn & Suites also increase after June 30, so we encourage you to make both your hotel reservation and reunion registration early. (See the Lodging & Travel page for hotel details and room rates.)

The registration fee covers our two signature events — Tuesday evening’s Welcome Reception (private indoor/outdoor space with hors d’oeuvres buffet) and Wednesday’s winery tour. The fee reflects only our direct costs and helps bring these shared moments together with care and intention. Our goal is to make the weekend relaxed, welcoming, and easy for everyone.

Karrie Mikle is serving as our Reunion Treasurer. Please submit your registration fee to Karrie using one of the following methods.
